How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not right now — we're focused on delivering a great experience for UK customers first. We'll let you know if that changes.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact hello@jawaixon.co.uk with your order number and a photo where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How do I return something?
Email hello@jawaixon.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to cancel or return your order. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — checkout is handled entirely by Shopify's secure payment system. JAWAIXON never sees or stores your card details.
